While 99.9% of guests are fantastic and courteous, we do have to cover ourselves with the following rules: *You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. *No parties and no glitter. *No more than 4 people allowed in the home. *No smoking inside or near doors to prevent smoke smell inside. Smoking inside will result in a $500 charge to cover the cost of smoke remediation. *If you have any issues with your stay, please let us know immediately so we can remedy the situation and continue to provide a five-star experience for you. No refunds will be given after the fact if we are not given the opportunity to make it right. *Parking is only allowed in the designated parking spaces shown in the check in instructions which is in front of the "Cottage #6 Parking Only" sign. *No glass, food, or pets allowed in the pool. *If checkout occurs after 10:30am without host approval, a $100 charge may be assessed to the guest. *One pet allowed per stay and no pets over 20 pounds. We must be made aware of any pets prior to your reservation and pets must be listed on your reservation. No pets allowed on the furniture. *Please do not move or rearrange furniture. *Deliberately tampering with the internet or camera is grounds for immediate cancellation without refund. *Thank you for booking your stay with us :)

We’ve got you covered with a few supplies, including a pack ’n play, high chair, stroller, kids silverware, and more. We absolutely fell in love with this location! It was so clean and quiet, close to the beach, in such a serene area. Grace was amazing with her communication the entire time. We plan on being back and booking with her again for our next vacation. Couldn't recommend it enough!

Excellent place and host. It’s the exact setting I was looking for to have the best family beach week with my dog and 2 boys. Only a few stand alone units on property, makes it feel like your own private beach village. We cooked/ grilled every night, but there is walkable restaurants and entertainment if you choose. There’s even a small park w nature trail and dog area literally right across the street. Steps from the beach, a comfortable pool, friendly neighbors. Zero issues with my stay, but the host was immediately available and very responsive if anything came up. 5 stars, we’ll be back!

Our stay at the Blue Heron Cottage was perfect for our family of 4. The details were impeccable in the house and the pool and easy walk to the beach was enjoyed daily. We enjoyed sunsets and close proximity to restaurants, ice cream and activities. Thanks for everything!

This little beach cottage is the perfect get away. The cottage was the perfect size for the four of us. The street was beautiful and all the people there were kind. I can’t wait to come back and visit again!

In addition to easy walks and ample parking, getting around Indian Rocks Beach and the nearby Pinellas barrier-island beach towns is affordable, fun, and convenient with the Suncoast Beach Trolley service! There are several trolley stops in Indian Rocks Beach: Gulf Blvd. & 10th Avenue, Gulf Blvd. & 15th Avenue, and Gulf Blvd. & 17th Avenue. The Suncoast Beach Trolley operates from Clearwater Beach in the north to Pass-A-Grille in the south, stopping at designated “Trolley Stop” locations along the entire Gulf Blvd. route (excluding Belleair Beach and Belleair Shores). The Beach Trolley picks up passengers every 20 to 30 minutes, from 5:05 a.m. to 10:10 p.m., Monday through Sunday (including holidays), with extended service until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.
